Refund policy

Gifts to Productive Cooperatives for Haiti Inc. are voluntary contributions and are not refundable, except in the following cases:

1. Duplicate or mistaken gifts. If you gave twice by mistake or entered the wrong amount, contact us within 30 days and we will refund the difference.
2. Unauthorized use. If a gift was made without the cardholder’s permission, contact us and your card issuer immediately.
3. Recurring gifts. You can change or cancel a monthly gift at any time from your donor portal, or contact us. Cancellation takes effect before the next charge; charges already processed are not refunded.
4. Auction lots. Shipping is paid by the winner and shown on each lot page before you bid. If a lot you won is not delivered, arrives damaged, or does not match its description, or a voucher does not arrive within 7 days of closing, contact us within 14 days and we refund the full amount paid, shipping included. A winner who does not pay within 48 hours of the first charge attempt loses the lot, and nothing is charged; the lot may be offered to the next bidder, who is charged only if they accept. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days. A refunded gift is not tax deductible; if you already received a receipt, please disregard it.
